I’ve been thinking about when I will break the silence, but there is no special reason why it is happening today and not six weeks ago or two weeks from now on. Maybe it is because I am sitting in my cozy room while it is raining outside, and I am just back from a lovely dinner with friends and then I looked at these plates and thought: woah!

Now look at it again.

Amazing. The ‘Rose from Weimar’ was designed by Dirk Kels. More can be found here.

It is bloody freezing out there, all I want to do is hide under my duvet with a hot cuppa. Tea or coffee, or if you are like me, hot choc – it doesn’t matter as long as there is a comforting biscuit with it.
Of course, festive style.

I need new inspiration! What are your favourite blogs? Favourite new sites? The newer the better! I feel my resources are a bit old now.
Of course, some bizarre things always appear in my reader. Like a fly that makes your soup tastier.

No worries, this is not a real fly, but a fly-shaped pepper by taiwanese Balance Wu and Chin Yang at Ahead Create.

Bon appetit!

Can you imagine two months without internet? I couldn’t either. But it happened to me. I have to admit, I spent my time well and productive. After the panic of the first few days I calmed down, didn’t look for wifi on every corner, I watched a lot of films, walked around a lot, slept early. I’ve been to London, Paris, Oslo, Madrid, and of course to Budapest a few times. But this is the past. My internet is back, I have no more free time!
And what would be a better comeback post than this DIY lunchbox? This is exactly how I feel about my lunch. And about my breakfast too.

You can make it easily, just head over to Design Sponge for instructions!
I disappear now again for a few weeks for another trip, this time overseas. Back properly at the end of September!
I always loved those shops where there are mini shopping carts for the little ones. Daughters love to help their mums, especially at shopping. Like carrying the shopping bags.

This extremely sweet bags are the product of the german TISCH5.
